Creosote Bush Hydrosol

Desert dwellers and desert lovers, the Scent of the Desert is a reminder of the amazing smell of desert rain. It is a simple and natural product made from the creosote bush leaves that are native to the deserts of New Mexico and Arizona. Some of us live in the desert and want to enjoy the scent of the monsoon season more than once a year, and others have moved away and could use a reminder of home. Wherever you are, you can enjoy the sweet scent of our own natural air freshener, the creosote bush. As a lifelong desert dweller, I am excited to offer a product made with a local desert plant material. I use a process of distillation to create the hydrosol, and just as creosote mixes with the rain to create a great fresh scent, the hydrosol can be mixed with water in your diffuser or bath to recreate that scent.
